Admiral Nemo Rinkarun is a member of the N organization who's abilities are on par with Aria H. Kanzaki. She refers to herself as Kinji Tohyama opposite number by being known a Disenable, the woman who can make the possible, impossible.[1] It was later revealed she was fated to be with Kinji by Professor Moriarty.[2]

Nemo is a girl with white skin, blue eyes, and light blue hair tied in two pigtails. Also, she wears a navy uniform similar to Captain Nemo's navy uniform with three belts fastened across her waist due to the it being a larger size than her; a navy cap with Captain Nemo's "N" emblem and a gold color ring showing her status within the N organization. In addition, Nemo has a pair of square-thin, black framed glasses.[3]
Personality[]
Nemo is a tsundere, who has shown capacity to be intimidating, cruel and dangerous, but also shows a demure and loving side after she falls for Kinji. She is very prideful and would resort to hitting and berating Kinji when she gets embarrassed by him, similar to Aria. At heart, Nemo is very shoujo-esque, showing a fear of bugs and an interest in romance and clothes like most girls. Also, she is very intelligent.

- Nemo is similar to Lisa Ave du Ank in how they were both fated by their leaders, Moriarty and Sherlock Holmes respectively, to be with Kinji.
- Nemo is also similar to Katze Grasse in they both started out as Kinji's enemies, but fell in love with him after being stranded alone with him in remote locations.
