Luciferia Moriarty IV is the descendant of Professor Moriarty, Sherlock Holmes arch nemesis, and is a member of the N organization. She is the opposite number of Aria H. Kanzaki given their family history and appearance, who she fought against during the early part of Volume 35.

Luciferia is a young tall, attractive woman with fair skin complexion, blue eyes, and knee length purple hair that is divided into three drill style on the sides and center as well as two chin-length bangs. Also, she has devil horns coming from the top of her head. In addition, she has red painted fingernails and a toe ring on her pinky toe.
Luciferia initially dressed in a very thin bikini, where she was almost naked. However, after her defeat, she would wear the girl's Butei uniform.
